This morning we had the privilege of witnessing our wonderful leaders, Bishop Afonso Eduardo and Pastor Elizabeth Eduardo, recognised for their passion and commitment to supporting the work of Barnabas Aid in Portugal. Not only have they been readily present, provided support whenever possible and prayed consistently, but all of this is whilst continuing to work tirelessly in our own ministry.
It was a particularly special honour due to the extremely strong and long-standing connection that they both have with Barnabas Aid in the UK, where the organisation began.
Presenting the certificates on behalf of Barnabas Aid Portugal was David Parreira, one of the top ambassadors and leaders in Barnabas Aid Portugal since its founding in 2025. He and his family have helped paved the way for Barnabas Aid in Portugal and have become a divine connection to us.
